Warranty Return and Cancellation Policy

All products sold in our company are original and under the guarantee of manufacturers and importers. Your orders are checked before shipment and delivered to cargo. Your shipments are insured. If you see any tearing, rupture or similar problems in the product at the time of delivery, return the item to the cargo person without taking delivery.


Product Delivery

Product deliveries are shipped within ile 5 kargo working days and cargo is delivered within ve 3 kargo working days.


General refund conditions are as follows;

* Returns must be made within 7 business days from the date of delivery of the product.

* Refunds must be made with the original box or packaging.

* The original box / packaging is broken, the re-sellable property has been lost, the return of products that can not be purchased by another customer is not accepted. (Licensed products are not returned)

* You have to send a request with the original invoice (all copies of you) and the reason for the return with the product you want to return.

In case the products coming to our customer service department are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the return of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product arrives. Refunds to the credit card are reflected within 30 business days and the remittance payments are reflected to the account within 2 business days at the latest.
